Voom in Infinite joint venture in Singapore


October 14, 2008 U.S. high-definition programmer Voom HD Holdings has teamed with Singapore's leading media investment and production/postproduction company, Infinite Frameworks, in a $20 million venture to co-produce and distribute at least 200 hours of high-definition content over the next five years. The new slate of documentaries, animation and feature films will cover sports, art, lifestyle, fashion and music. Voom's latest round of production out of Singapore comes as many of Asia's markets move beyond the early HD adopters into more mass market penetration, Voom GM Greg Moyer said.
